Terms of Service — draft

Review the proposed service terms before the beta launch.

Draft · not effective terms8 September 2026

Who provides ACC?

Agent Control Center is operated by Tokenfactory Private Limited. GetSet is our brand. Registered address: Plot No. 97, Sector 4, Rewari, Haryana, India. The monitored contact details are being configured.

Beta access and your account

The selected-user beta is intended for approved applicants. Each approved organization receives a seat limit determined during review. Owners are responsible for inviting the right people and assigning suitable permissions. Account creation or sign-in does not itself constitute beta acceptance.

Your work and permissions

You must have permission to connect repositories, project files, machines and third-party accounts. Configure agents and automation within those permissions. Review plans, changes and consequential actions according to your project's needs.

AI tools and third parties

ACC coordinates supported AI tools and services. Their terms, capabilities, authentication and charges remain relevant. Outputs can contain mistakes; review and test results before relying on or deploying them. The free beta covers ACC access only. You are responsible for your AI subscriptions, API usage and any VPS or hosting costs.

Beta changes and feature requests

Beta capabilities may change. Requests are reviewed and prioritized, with availability and any delivery commitments confirmed separately. Future ACC pricing is undecided; changes affecting participants must be communicated clearly.

Leaving and data

Your local project files and repositories you control remain available to you. Hosted account and organization data have different export and deletion coverage. Read the export and deletion guides before terminating access or deleting an organization.

Before these terms can take effect

The final version must settle eligibility, acceptable use, intellectual-property terms, suspension/termination, warranties and liability, governing law, dispute handling and contact details with the company's legal adviser. None of those unresolved items should be inferred from this draft.
