Information involved
The service can process account identity and sign-in information, organization/project membership, planning and coordination records, messages, task activity, connected-machine information and data needed for requested actions. A beta application will collect the limited information required to evaluate the requested access. The final policy must specify the actual categories collected and why.
Local files and hosted information
Project files can remain on your machines and in repositories you control. ACC also holds coordination and account information. When an agent acts, relevant information can be processed by the configured AI provider or connected service. "Local files" does not mean that no information is processed elsewhere.
Providers and access
Authentication, hosting, database, email, analytics and AI services must be inventoried before launch. The final policy must identify relevant recipients/processors and transfers, and explain support access. We do not make an unverified promise here that provider training, retention or processing settings are identical across tools.
Export and deletion
Personal account export is different from an organization or project export. Account, memory and organization deletion also have different effects. The relevant guides describe the reviewed implementation and outstanding launch checks. The final policy must state retention, backup treatment and how requests are fulfilled.
Website storage and tracking
The current site remembers the chosen theme in local browser storage and uses browser history/session storage to restore navigation position. Fonts load from Google Fonts in this preview. Production tracking and external assets must be inventoried, with any required disclosures and choices implemented.
Before publication
Confirm the supported regions, applicable rights, verified contact channel, retention schedule, account-deletion execution, processor details and policy update process. Publish an effective date only after this review is complete.
