Plan, supervise and review

Let work proceed while keeping the decisions that matter.

Give the manager a clear job

A manager agent can coordinate implementation from the plan. Specialist agents handle different work, such as design, development and review. Explain what the manager should report, when to ask and which changes need a new decision.

Set supervision for the work

ACC has policies and settings for automation, halts and approvals. Configure them for the actions and environment involved. There is no assumption that one universal setting safely approves every kind of work.

  1. Review the plan and the actions you are allowing.
  2. Choose supported policies for what can proceed and what must ask first.
  3. Check reports and decision requests as the work develops.
  4. Review the result and ask for corrections before accepting it.

Change direction without losing the project

Use chat to request status, reports, corrections or a plan revision. Make the change explicit: say what is changing, why, and what should stay the same. For important decisions, ask that the result be recorded with the related project context.

Work with people and agents

Humans can talk to agents, agents can coordinate with one another, and conversations can be shared with a team or kept private. Check the conversation’s visibility and participants before sharing project material.

Keep decision requests in reach

ACC can surface questions and holds for human input. Configured Slack notifications and decision handling can bring these requests into an existing workflow. A notification connection must be set up before relying on it.
