A task you can trace
Internal ACC task T-5077 covered board terminal-state polish and an operator-handbook refresh. Retained work history records execution, review iterations, a report clarifying scope, and merge reconciliation for PR #1013.
- Work defined: a task identified the board and handbook work.
- Scope clarified: the updated report mapped requested paths to the actual changed files.
- Change reviewed: the linked PR retained pending and successful ACC review contexts before merge.
- Result recorded: the task history retained the reconciliation to merged status.
A separate programme closeout
A reviewed internal programme retained a plan, linked work items and merged changes, followed by a separate closeout report associated with PR #1204. This is a separate programme example; it is not the closeout of T-5077.
What this supports—and what it does not
These records illustrate traceability between intent, clarification and a change. They do not independently establish time saved, product quality, external adoption, unattended execution or customer acceptance. An authored completion report and observed checks are different kinds of evidence.
The underlying repositories are private. The public account summarises selected historical records reviewed on 7 October 2026, with linked PR details rechecked on 13 October. It does not publish private task transcripts or operational metrics.
ACC and FlowGraph
ACC is used internally for its own development. FlowGraph, a separate memory-management tool, was also developed with the ACC harness under human supervision. Its integration with ACC is in progress. See current product status.
